About Dania

Why did I undertake this project?

I have experience working at a long-term care home, as a personal support worker. Based on my experience, I saw that there was room to improve the quality of care of residents and enhance the performance of staff. So, I took part in engaging in the C4 project question academic journey, to be a part of bringing this change.
